What Clients Have Said About Working With Us
The accounts below come from clients who came to us at different stages — some uncertain, some already in dispute, some simply seeking clarity. Their experiences reflect the range of what we do.

"I came to Thida Niti after my Social Security pension claim had been sitting unanswered for months. Priya explained clearly what had likely happened and what we could do about it. The written summary after our first meeting was something I referred back to several times. The claim eventually went through without needing full representation. Straightforward process and people who actually listen."
"My mother passed away and I needed help understanding what pension entitlements we were owed on her behalf. I didn't know where to start. The consultation gave me a map of the whole situation — what applied, what didn't, and what the process would involve. The adviser was patient and didn't rush. I appreciated that they told me one aspect of the claim was unlikely to succeed rather than taking it forward and billing me for it."
"I had been in dispute with my former employer's pension fund for nearly two years before I found Thida Niti. Somchai handled the whole matter from that point. He kept me informed at each stage — never too much detail, never so little that I felt left out. The matter was eventually resolved through the appeal process. The cost was higher than the other services but the written cost breakdown before each phase meant I knew exactly what I was committing to each time."
"Quick response to my initial enquiry — heard back the same afternoon. The consultation itself was an hour well spent. I came away knowing what I was actually entitled to, which turned out to be more than I'd assumed. Nuttaya handled the documents efficiently and I didn't have to chase anything. Three months from start to resolved, which I was told at the beginning was a realistic expectation."
"I went in just for a consultation and came out with a much clearer picture of where I stood. The adviser didn't push me towards the next service tier — she was clear about what I could probably handle on my own with the right forms and what would benefit from professional help. That kind of honest advice is hard to find. I may come back for claim preparation if my submission needs support."
"My employer's private pension fund had declined a claim I believed was valid. Somchai reviewed the fund's reasoning and identified a procedural issue in how the claim had been handled. The appeal took four months and succeeded. I was accompanied to the hearing, which made a real difference in terms of confidence. The whole experience was handled with a level of care I hadn't expected."
Three Client Journeys in Detail
These accounts illustrate the range of situations we handle and what the process looks like in practice.
Delayed SSO Claim — Phuket Town Resident
A client had submitted a Social Security pension claim six months earlier and received no response. Repeated phone enquiries produced no progress. The client was approaching the end of the window available to escalate the matter.
Following a review of the original submission, we identified that supporting documents had not been properly logged. We submitted a formal written enquiry with a referenced record of the original filing and requested acknowledgement within 14 days.
The office acknowledged the filing and processed the claim within seven weeks of the formal enquiry. The client received the first payment within three months of engaging Thida Niti. Service used: Claim Preparation Support.
Private Fund Dispute — Thalang Resident
An employer's provident fund had declined a claim on grounds the client disputed. The fund cited a clause in the fund regulations that the client believed did not apply given the circumstances of their departure from the company.
We reviewed the fund regulations and the client's employment record. Our assessment agreed that the clause had been applied in error. We filed a formal appeal with the fund's internal committee, then escalated to the Office of the Provident Fund when the internal process was inconclusive.
The appeal was upheld. The client received the disputed amount in full. Total duration from first engagement: approximately five months. Service used: Comprehensive Pension Representation.
Inheritance Query — Chalong Resident
Following the death of a spouse, a client needed to understand what pension entitlements were transferable and what process was required to claim them. The situation involved both SSO contributions and a small employer fund.
We conducted an initial consultation, which clarified the applicable entitlements and identified one element of the employer fund that was not claimable by a surviving spouse under the fund's rules. The client then engaged us for claim preparation on the remaining elements.
Claims were submitted and processed within the expected timeframe. The honest early assessment of what was and wasn't claimable meant the client was not disappointed at a later stage. Services used: Consultation followed by Claim Preparation Support.
