Enquiries receive a response within one working day. Material updates are communicated promptly and in plain language.
Honest Assessment
We give our genuine view of the matter — including where the position is uncertain or unlikely to succeed. An honest assessment at the start is more valuable than false encouragement.
Registered Legal Practice
All advisers hold current registration with the Lawyers Council of Thailand. The practice operates within the regulatory framework for legal services.
Conflict of Interest Policy
We screen for conflicts before accepting any new matter. Where a conflict exists, we decline to act and advise the client accordingly.
Clear Fees for Each Stage
Each service is fixed-price. For Comprehensive Representation, a full cost outline is agreed before each phase — the ฿17,300 reflects the base engagement fee.
